Refund policy

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or embroidered uniforms
  • Screen printed or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees

Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gifts:

  • Items purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the gift giver will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Items shipped to the recipient will be refunded as store credit (gift card).

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging and tags

Exclusions:

  • Customized, embroidered, and screen-printed items are not eligible for exchange

To initiate a return, mail your item(s) to:

Do not return items to the manufacturer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as Levines Stores is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Additional Terms

  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be denied
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or use
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
