Processing Time
Orders are process within 48 hours for in-stock, non-custom items.
Orders containing embroidery and/or screen printing may require up to 2 weeks for processing, especially during peak seasons.
Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on carrier holidays.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on location or applicable regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Levines Stores is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with United States Postal Service using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Levines Stores is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
